If you love snickerdoodles and toffee, you'll love our new toffee snickerdoodle "smash" cookie mix! This is mildy sweet vanilla bean cookie mix is paired with english toffee bits then rolled in cinnamon-sugar (included) and smashed down just before baking (think smash burger, but a delicious cookie 😉). Crafted with organic flour, organic sugar and organic madagascar vanilla bean for a cinnamon-sugary treat.
Our smash cookie mixes yield a more shortbread-like cookie. They bake just a couple minutes longer and are firm, yet tender once completely cooled. These cookies taste great the next day, unlike most other cookies that are best fresh, so they just might be the perfect cookie for baking the day before a party or event.
