Processing time for shipped orders is currently 2-3 business days (M-F). Orders are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays. Our mixes are hand made and hand packed to order each week. We are a small-batch business. Thank you for shopping small and supporting our business! 

As a registered NYS home processor, we are only able to offer shipping within New York State at this time. Thank you for understanding, and do we hope to expand shipping service nationwide in the near future.

Processing time for local order pick up is 1-2 business days (M-F). All mixes are hand made and hand packed to order. Order pickup is in Bayside NY, 11361 with limited special day & time pick up window options below.

Monday,Wednesday and Friday: 11am-12pm or 5pm to 6pm

Thursday: 6pm to 8pm
Saturday: 10am-12pm

☀️ WARM WEATHER SHIPPING NOTE:

All shipping and delivery in warmer temperatures (70°+) is at your own risk.

We cannot replace packages from sitting in direct sunlight/melting chocolate chips. We do package the chocolate chips separately. If your chocolate chips melt (or have a white "bloom" coating from cocoa butter separating - it is still safe to eat, learn more about chocolate bloom here) please chop them up into chocolate chip size bits before mixing them in.

 RETURNS OR SHIPMENT ISSUES

Due to the consumable nature of our products, for health and sanitary reasons, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges for any of our cookie mix products. We do not offer refunds. We ask that you please take into consideration our small-batch hand made process. We absolutely love what we create, and it is a time intensive process to produce our mixes. We create them fresh to order each week to ensure you receive the highest quality product.

We value our customers and do want to ensure that you have a great experience with us! Should there be any issues with your order please contact us right away so we can troubleshoot. In case of any broken/damaged or missing items: please send us an e-mail right away explaining the issue and include helpful pictures, if applicable. We will do our very best to make it right!
