WHO ARE WE?

Hi! 👋 My name is Jena ("Gina with a J") and I'm so glad you're here!

I love to bake. I always have. I think NOTHING beats a fresh baked homemade cookie. What I never loved was measuring everything out and making a huge mess every time I wanted cookies. In the beginning of 2023, I started testing the process of making my own cookie mix from my own cookie recipe into ziplock bags so I could easily bake cookies, anytime I wanted. No mess, no measuring.

After some trial & error, sending mix samples out to volunteer test bakers and a few more edits FINALLY my method was born and it worked so well - I just knew in my heart I had to share it with the world.

I started this company with the goal of creating ultra-easy to make, incredible cookie mixes made with simple ingredients just like you'd choose at home. Organic flour, organic sugar and really good quality chocolate. (Did I actually blind taste test multiple brands of chocolate chips before choosing the best chocolate to use? YES. 😂 ). In addition to classic flavors, I continue to test and perfect fun, seasonal flavors that will rotate in and out.

With our mixes, when a cookie craving hits you can simply pre-heat your oven and mix up a batch of cookie dough for fresh homemade cookies in minutes.

The minimum processing time is 10 days, and may be up to 21 days depending on availability. Please inquire early to secure in time for your date or event.
