We are proud of the ingredients we use and believe that ingredients should always be easy to find. We use the same quality of ingredients in our mixes that we choose for ourselves when baking at home.

We use organic flour and sugar in all of our base mixes. We are not a fully organic company. We do choose all of our ingredients responsibly, without artificial colors or flavors or weird sh*t added. We put a lot of care and thought behind what we use. If we wouldn't choose it for ourselves, we will not choose it for you!

IMPORTANT ALLERGY INFO: All items are processed or repackaged in a NYS registered home facility that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, shellfish and soy. Our peanut butter cookie mix uses powdered peanuts/peanut flour. It is mixed on shared equipment. While we do take careful precautions to clean equipment in between batch flavors and not cross-contaminate, we cannot guarantee it at this time.

PLEASE NOTE: The ingredients for our bake mixes are listed separately from the ingredients for chocolate chips or other mix-in items. Chocolate chips and other mix-ins (nuts, sprinkles, toffee bits, etc) may arrive packaged and labeled separately. Seasonal or rotating bake mixes will have the ingredients listed on the individual product page.

Vanilla Bean Sugar Cookie Mix (Base Mix Only): Organic Flour, Organic Cane Sugar, Sea Salt, Aluminum Free Baking Powder (Corn starch, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Organic Pure Ground Madagascar Vanilla Bean. Contains: Wheat.

CHOCOLATE CHIP INGREDIENTS

Dark Chocolate Chips (60-63% Cocoa Solids): Sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, milk fat, soy lecithin (an emulsifier), vanilla extract. Contains: Dairy & Soy.

Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips: (41-44% Cocoa Solids): Sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, dextrose, sunflower lecithin.

Milk Chocolate Chips (26-31% Cocoa Solids): Cane sugar, unsweetened chocolate, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, soy lecithin (an emulsifier), vanilla extract. Contains: Dairy & Soy.

White Chocolate Chips: Sugar, palm kernel oil, whole milk powder, nonfat dry milk, palm oil, soy lecithin, vanilla extract.  Contains: Dairy & Soy.
