NEW ITEM! The ultimate chocolate chip cookie dough mix crafted with a unique blend of organic flours (hint: we add a little bread flour) to create a cookie with crisp edges and a chewy center. Made with organic brown sugar, sea salt and really good quality chocolate chips. We also blend two kinds of chocolate chips here: chocolatey semi-sweet chips (41-44% cocoa solids) and our favorite mild, rich and slightly darker chocolate (61-63% cocoa solids) that together balance perfectly with this incredible cookie.
